How it all started
History of the company and founder's experience
Katalin Szável, an expert on commercial properties, is the head of the company.
The company was formed in response to Brexit-related changes, with the founder Katalin taking over the company and its portfolio from UK managers.
During her more than 20 years of experience, Katalin managed a Central European office and was involved in the sale of a portfolio of 40 properties in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. She has also been involved in project management for the construction and expansion of production facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
